Delivery Timeframes

 

Upon receiving your order and verifying payment information, you can expect your order to be shipped within two business days if your item is in our current inventory. Shipping costs will be calculated at time of checkout.

Items not in stock or custom orders and items coming directly from manufacturers in England, Italy and Germany, may take as long as 6 weeks for delivery. Because we deal with several manufacturers who provide various levels of service, this timeline is considered to be an estimate.

Upon review of your order, you will receive a "good-faith" estimate of a reliable delivery date. In the event that you are operating on a restricted time frame, every effort will be made to expedite your order once we have been notified. In the event that an extended delay is anticipated on your order, you will be promptly notified and can make your decision at that time to either wait for your order or cancel.

Shipping

 

Our policy is to ship up to 2 pairs of our shoes via Canada Post . If you require your order to be shipped by a courier please email us for a shipping quote.

Larger orders can be shipped by a courier of your choice or shipped via Canada Post . Please email us for a quote on shipping for larger orders. You must provide a valid street address for any order we ship via courier. Couriers do not deliver to a PO Box.
